If there's one thing I want you to take from my music, it's that power and vulnerability can coexist and are in fact necessary to feed the other. Even when my instrumentals sound powerful and you can feel the bass in every part of your body, my lyrics tell the story from the perspective of a young twenty-something year-old processing it, one who feels everything deeply.

I'm Fahriye (Fah-ree-yeh), & I'm a recording artist currently based in Boston, MA. I'm a vocalist, songwriter, and producer who creates pop music influenced by electropop, dance-pop, R&B, Turkish pop, and Turkish traditional music.

My latest song "GENESIS" is out on all platforms now. It's a song that blends traditional Turkish instruments, such as the zurna, bağlama, and the darbuka, together with synths, bass, to give it a traditional, yet modern feel. It's a powerful anthem about being young, ambitious, and resilient while chasing your dreams, despite how unrealistic it may seem to others.
